Once you arrive to this beautiful city can relax and get ready to explore. This tour is a must for first time visitors to Kuala Lumpur. See the highlights of Kuala Lumpur on this sightseeing coach tour. Visit the National Monument, the Sultan Abdul Samad Building and the National Museum, and make photo stops at the Petronas Twin Towers, King’s Palace (Istana Negara) and the National Mosque of Malaysia (Masjid Negara).

Your knowledgeable guide will point out the many contrasts of Malaysia’s capital city, as seen in its colonial and modern architecture. You’ll also explore the Kuala Lumpur Craft Centre and the Cocoa Boutique to browse authentic Malaysian goods and crafts. Begin your half-day tour of Kuala Lumpur with pickup from your hotel. Head to the Kuala Lumpur Craft Centre to browse cultural exhibits showcasing Malaysian handicrafts, from batik (dyed cloth) and rattan (a type of palm) displaying traditional motifs to baskets and pottery carved with tiny intricacies. Then, explore the Cocoa Boutique to discover Malaysia’s booming cocoa industry and shop for delectable chocolate treats including milk and dark chocolates, chili chocolates and fruit-flavored chocolates.

Make another photo stop at King’s Palace (Istana Negara) to admire the vastness of this compound and the intricate metalwork on the palace gates, which display the Royal Insignia of Yang di-Pertuan Agong, the former king of Malaysia.

You’ll then visit the National Monument, a sculpture commemorating the fallen soldiers of Malaysia’s fight for freedom from the British during the mid-1900s. Afterward, you’ll be driven to the National Museum, whose architecture blends traditional Malaysian and modern elements. Day 2: Batu Caves and Malaysian Crafts Tour from Kuala Lumpur: Duration of tour: Duration of tour: 3 hours & 30 minutes

Leave the busy city behind and take a drive through the Malaysian countryside on a half-day tour from Kuala Lumpur. You’ll be taken to one of Malaysia’s most popular Hindu shrines at the mysterious Batu Caves, and have the option to see how two of Malaysia’s most distinctive crafts are produced at the Royal Selangor Pewter factory and a batik production center.

Your tour begins with pickup from your central Kuala Lumpur hotel and a drive through the outskirts of KL along ‘Ambassador Row,’ passing the Istana Sharif Ali palace.

Continuing into the countryside, pass typical Malay villages en route to your first stop, the Royal Selangor Pewter factory. Here, you have the option to take a tour of the world’s largest pewter factory, renowned for its craftsmanship and high-quality products. During the tour of the factory, see the different processes involved in working with pewter, including casting, filing, polishing, soldering, hammering and engraving.

Returning to your coach, your tour continues to a batik factory, where you have the option of seeing how batik fabric is designed and printed.

Your last stop is the limestone hills of Batu Caves. Here, a flight of 272 steps leads up to a sacred Hindu temple cave that houses the shrine of the Hindu deity Lord Murugah. The nearby museum cave is filled with images of deities and murals depicting scenes from the Hindu scriptures.

Your tour concludes with the trip back to Kuala Lumpur, where you will be dropped at your hotel.

Day 3: Genting Highlands Day Tour: Duration of tour: Duration of tour: 6 hours approximate.

The Genting Highlands, a hill resort in Malaysia equipped with hotels, theme park and entertainment attractions, bring in millions of visitors annually to experience the chill, where the temperature can get to as low as 10 degrees Celsius! This approximately 6 hour day tour will take you up to the cool, crisp mountain air about 6000 feet (1.8288 kilometers) above sea level. Join this tour with your family and friends to create fantastic experience and have fun at the theme parks!

A scenic drive through the hillsides from the Kuala Lumpur city center to Genting Highlands will take approximately 60 minutes, and depending on the traffic condition.

Upon arrival at the bottom of the theme park, you will stop at cable car station and take a skyway cable car ride up to the summit of Genting. (Note: Cable car close due to maintenance service. Transport will be provided until Genting Highlands Hotel)

You will visit to Genting Bowl which is located at First World Hotel and has 28-lane for you and your family to enjoy a game of bowling. The glow in the dark bowling is operating from 6pm daily.

On the way to the peak of Genting Highlands, a must see heritage site – the Chin Swee Cave Temple. The temple was constructed over 18 years with a foundation dug from solid bedrock, modern machinery was eschewed because of steep terrain.

Experience snow and chill in Snow World, the biggest winter wonderland in Malaysia. The temperature is around -6 degree celsius, and it is a fun place for snow. There is a slide inside where you can ride in the float and then slide down. It is a good experience for you to have taste of how the others who are living in the winter season. The jacket, gloves and boots are provided by the staff.

Ripley’s Believe It or Not! is a chain museum worldwide, showcases more than 500 exhibits from the astounding collection of oddities by Ripley. Most of them are recreations but some of the items are the original stuff. It will take approximately 45-60 minutes for you to completely walk throughout the whole museum.

For an equally unforgettable experience, you will walk through the gates of the Haunted Adventure. The staff wearing bizarre outfit will scare you to death at the ticket counter, and definitely not for the faint-hearted! This 10-minute walk in darkness is filled with unexpected surprise, sounds and figures. Recommend this for group of friends who are looking for a little evening excitement!

Day 4: Malaysia Cultural Night: Duration of tour: 3 hours & 30 minutes

An introduction to the Malaysian way of life – a harmonious mingling of the different races, cultures and religions. Commence with a visit to the largest and oldest Hindu temple in the city, Sri Mahamariamman. The smell of burning jasmine, the incessant chantings of Hindu priests intricate carved delites and the mystical aura combine to give you lasting impression of this religion. A short walk from here is the open air bazaar of Chinatown. Take a stroll through the night market where the locals engage in hectic bargaining for merchandises spread across the middle of the street. From here drive to a delightful Malay restaurant where you will be treated to a Malay buffet dinner and cultural show. Help yourself to the buffet dinner, where a sumptuous variety of local delicacies awaits you. While you feast, you will enjoy Malaysian cultural dances.
